KRW - metal gasket made from special steel profile and a soft sealing material used as an overlay. The shape of the steel rings with dimensions depending on the medium pressure gives the PN-EN 1514-6:2005. In order to secure the pad against mechanical destruction of the seal shall be used in thicknesses of thin as possible bearing in mind that after compression seals are not followed contact with rebate. (The optimum thickness of the overlays in the loaded condition after compression 0.07 + _ 0.02). The initial overlay thickness is dependent on the state of the flanges and the characteristics of the materials used (for rebate processed roughly about 0.8 + _ 0.2 mm, polished collars around 0.6 + _0 on 2 mm).

KR J - seals made of metal of various shapes for applications in petrochemical facilities, gas and chemical industries. Seals can operate at very high working parameters (Tmax = 1000oC, Pmax = 150 MPa). Optionally, can be performed with the pads with high quality materials.
